What is the deadline for schools to apply to the scholarship program?Application for schools to the scholarship program begins on January 1 and ends on May 30 of every year. All required documents must be submitted by June 30. Applications will be approved/rejected by July 30.

Students from which grades can participate in the ACE Scholarship Program?Only students from third through fifth grades, middle school, and high school.

Can students apply for scholarships directly with ACE?No. Students must be selected and nominated by their school.

To whom does ACE pay the monthly tuition?ACE always works directly with the schools, therefore, the monthly tuition will always be paid directly to the school and never to the scholarship holder or their family.

How many student scholarships can each school receive?Each case will be evaluated by ACE, depending on the school's needs, tuition fees, the number of students already served by scholarships, the qualifications of these students, and other variables.

We already have students on scholarship; can we transfer these students to ACE's scholarship program?No, ACE's scholarships are awarded only after the partner school awards all of its own scholarships to help families with financial difficulties.

How long does the scholarship last?The scholarships will be provided to the selected students until they finish High School or, until they complete Middle School, if the school does not have a High School program. Note that the renewal of the scholarships must occur every year, undergoing the school's selection process again.

We are in the process of becoming a confessional school, can we apply to be a partner school?Yes, we desire that your school statutes and curriculum reflect your purposes.

How are the scholarships renewed?Each year, the school must complete the online enrollment renewal form for each student, demonstrating the family's financial need, showing the student's good academic performance, and recommending the continuation of the scholarship.

When was ACE founded?It was founded on May 19, 2022, by a small group of people passionate about Christian education and concerned with how to contribute to the educational, cultural and spiritual development of the Christian community in Brazil.

Our school is a for-profit business; can we apply to be a partner school and receive scholarships for our students?Yes, you can fill out the form and apply, but we want to emphasize that ACE's priority is to serve non-profit organizations. However, each case and need will be analyzed.

Does ACE monitor the academic performance of its scholarship students?Yes. Every two months or quarter, the school fills out an online form about each student, which covers the academic, spiritual, social, and emotional areas.

Does ACE select the students who will receive the scholarships?No. ACE receives from partner schools the nominations of students previously selected by it for scholarships, and ACE validates and decides together with the school how many scholarships will be awarded.

Why does ACE have this name?ACE is the acronym for A Christian Education, a name that gives scope and breadth to its purpose. With the scholarship program, ACE wants to support Christian schools throughout Brazil, contributing to the spiritual, intellectual and social growth of students with financial needs.

Can students with special needs receive scholarships?Yes, as long as the school recommends that student and has an effective program to receive these students.

Can the student lose the scholarship?The student only loses the scholarship if they do not comply with the agreement signed with the school.

What is the value of each scholarship that ACE sponsors?The school must provide the values of its tuition and each school will have its case evaluated. ACE's current policy is to offer full and not partial scholarships.

How do schools select students to receive scholarships?Each school should have its own process and criteria for selecting candidates.

Can a school decide to discontinue a scholarship?Yes. It is the school's prerogative to decide to discontinue a scholarship, once it provides justification for doing so. ACE will always support the school's decision.
